It was lovely to meet with Amy & James on Saturday morning at an eerie feeling Brimham Rocks. Being somewhat damp and misty Brimham Rocks had a very different feeling to usual. It was nonetheless a great location for a pre-wedding photoshoot. Although the rocks can be climbed on, we kept things safe due to the wet weather and used interesting rock formations to create some interesting compositions and creative photography. Being misty meant that if there was any distance between myself and Amy & James, they disappeared into the mist so we had to keep things relatively close, and we were not able to take advantage of the scenery that surrounds Brimham Rocks. The mist however did make for some interesting photography. The rocks and foliage give some interesting textures which come across great in the photographs and I have tried to highlight the texture and use some interesting compositions.
Amy & James are to be married a little later in the year in the Lake District and I very much look forward to photographing their wedding day. They are a lovely couple and it was nice to spend Saturday morning with them getting to know them a little better so that on their wedding day they are more relaxed having their photograph taken. I hope they like the photographs and enjoyed the morning, and hopefully the results speak for themselves.
