It was great to meet with Kay & Richard prior to their wedding for their pre-wedding photoshoot on Saturday in Museum Gardens. Originally we arrange the pre-shoot for yesterday at Dalby Forest which would have been a great location for a pre-shoot if the weather had been a little better, but unfortunately with heavy rain all day yesterday we decided it would be a better idea to rearrange to Saturday, which although overcast, remained dry.
Museum Gardens is an interesting location for photography with many areas to it to allow for a variety of images to be captured. On busy days there are usually areas of the gardens which are quieter, and with the established trees and foliage it makes for some lovely natural photographs. At this time of year, despite the grey day, there is lovely colour in the leaves which complements the green areas to make for some lovely colourful photographs.
It was lovely to meet with Kay & Richard again before their wedding in February next year. We had a great morning and I am very much looking forward to photographing their wedding. Here are some highlights from their pre-shoot.
